Track 2: Pediatrics oncology

Pediatric oncology deals with the treatment of children and teens suffering with blood diseases or cancer. Pediatric medicine is, rightly, viewed as a clinical and scientific subspecialty of medicine. This doesn't mean it needn't interest the final medical specialist or specialists in different areas of medicine. Pediatric Oncologist has all the qualification and experience to treat children from birth to young adulthood. Blood cell diseases such as disorders of white cells, red blood cells, platelets. Including anemia, sickle cell disease and bleeding disorders. Many oncologists are also equally specialized in hematology. Pediatrics Conference concluded by a blend of initial papers, and reviews outline the present state of knowledge in an appropriate topic. Contents carry advances in technology, apparatus methodology, and auxiliary apparatus are presented, and alteration of standard techniques.

Track 3: Neonatology

Neonatology is a subspecialty of pediatrics that consists of the intensive care of newborn infants, especially premature newborn. It a hospital-based specialty and is typically practiced in infant medical aid units (NICUs). The principal patients of neonatologists are newborn infants UN agency are sick or need special medical aid because of prematureness, low birth weight, intrauterine growth restriction, no inheritable malformations (birth defects), sepsis, respiratory organ dysplasia or birth physiological state. Neonatal Research will be research to enhance the Health of Low Birth Weight and Premature Infants. Neonatal Research incorporates trails of treatments for sepsis, intra-ventricular discharge, chronic lung infection.

Track 4: pediatric Pharmacology

The fact is that many of the pediatric medicines are scaled-down geriatric medicines. In infants and adults, the immaturity of the enzyme may determine the pharmacokinetics of the excipients. A study suggests that wrong medications might lead to adverse drug effects. A survey shows that hospitalization due to adverse effects is 4times higher in infants when compared with adults.

Track 5: Breastfeeding

It is suggested to breast feed a neonate for at least six months of age after which complementary feeding is recommended. Mother’s milk has sufficient nutrients for the growing neonate and only Vitamin D supplement are given to the child. In the beginning, the mother’s milk is called colostrum. The composition of the mother’s milk keeps changing depending on the duration of feeding session and age of the baby. Breast milk contains everything the baby needs for the first six months of life, in all the right proportions. Its composition even changes according to the baby's changing needs, especially during the first month of life. Colostrum is the ideal first milk and helps the newborn's immature digestive tract develop. After the first few days, the breasts start producing larger amounts of milk as the baby's stomach grows, Formula doesn't provide antibody protection for babies. Numerous studies show that babies who are not breastfed are more vulnerable to health issues like pneumonia, diarrhea and infection.

Track 6: Pediatric cardiology

Pediatric cardiology have a wide scope of application including Intensive Cardiac Care, Cardiac Catherization, Imaging, Fetal Cardiology etc. They also have their field of application in congenital heart defects, heart muscle disorders, rhythm disturbances, hypertension, and other systemic disorders. These two defects cause the deoxygenated bypass the lungs and enter the circulatory system leading to blue baby syndrome. It happens in 1-3 cases per 1000 births. A number of heart conditions can affect children. Some are structural differences they are born with. Others involve the electrical system that controls the heartbeat. Congenital heart disease” (heart differences children are born with), such as holes between chambers of the heart, valve problems, and abnormal blood vessels.

Track 7: Pediatric surgery

pediatric surgery is that the stem cells-have the potential to turn into anything—a skin cell, a liver cell, a brain cell. And stem cell transplants have the power to treat a wide range of diseases in children, from cancers like Leukemia, Lymphoma and Neuroblastoma to blood disorders, immune system diseases and bone marrow syndromes. Pediatric surgery can be demurely secluded into sub orders, known as, pediatric surgical oncology, pediatric cardiothoracic surgery, pediatric neurosurgery, pediatric urological surgery, pediatric hepatological surgery, pediatric orthopedic surgery, pediatric vascular surgery and pediatric oncological surgery, pediatric cardiothoracic surgery. Pediatric Surgery is a subspecialty of surgery that deals with the surgical operations of fetuses, infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. Pediatric Surgery subspecialties include neonatal surgery and fetal surgery.

Track 8: Pediatrics obesity

Body mass index (BMI) is a measure used to determine childhood overweight and obesity. Overweight is defined as a BMI at or above the 85th percentile and below the 95th percentile for children and teens of the same age and sex. Obesity is defined as a BMI at or above the 95th percentile for children and teens of the same age and sex. This is because children’s body composition varies as they age and varies between boys and girls. Therefore, BMI levels among children and teens need to be expressed relative to other children of the same age and sex. Obesity may be a real, long-standing time (incessant) sickness. Overweight and weight advert to having to a fault muscle to fat magnitude relation ratios. Yet, it's exhausting to specifically gauge muscle to fat magnitude relation ratios, therefore a rule referred to as the body mass file BMI; is employed to gauge it. The BMI utilizes the load associate degreed tallness of a teenager to think about an outcome. The result is contrasted and models for offspring of an analogous sexual orientation between the ages of two and twenty years.

Track 9: Pediatric Psychology

Pediatric psychologists must demonstrate viability through empirical support for treatment interventions, which requires continued efforts to demonstrate improvements in pediatric outcomes (health, quality of life, psychological functioning, development) due to pediatric psychologists' efforts. This also requires evidence of medical cost offset, evidence of the efficacy of the integration of clinical research and practice, and evidence of the effectiveness of psychological interventions in decreasing societal costs related to pediatric conditions. Psychological problems are addressed during a biological process framework and emphasize the dynamic relationships that exist between kids, their families, and therefore the health delivery system as a full. Common areas of study embrace psychosocial development, environmental factors that contribute to the event of a disorder, outcomes of kids with medical conditions.

Track 10: Pediatric Gastroenterology

Pediatric Gastroenterology manages the diseases or examination of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, gallbladder, biliary tract, and pancreas, digestive organs, and administration of their disorders. Gastrointestinal disorders in youngsters vary from minor to life-threatening and short- to long or chronic. Baby Jaundice is one among the foremost common conditions needing medical attention in newborn babies. Channel food allergies aren't rare in infants and kids, The principal diseases involved with medical specialty medical specialty are acute diarrhea, gastritis, persistent forcing out any issues with the event of the viscus tract Legitimate working of the gastric tract and the internal health is related to the nourishment to the child or its mom gets.

  • Obesity and autism
  • Allergic GI disorders
  • Pediatric endoscopy and imaging
  • Diagnosis & Treatment

Track 11: Neonatal Diseases

Many factors are responsible for the development of neonatal diseases like household air contamination, natural factors and high maternal Body-Mass Index (BMI), which leads to neonatal mortality. Maternal Smoking, overweight amid pregnancy is associated with risk of neonatal infection. Neonatal disorders mean disturbance of normal state of body, organs and abnormal function of a newborn. Obstetricians play a major role to minimize the number of neonatal disorders. Prematurity, respiratory dysfunction, birth trauma, congenital malformations, neonatal infection and hemolytic disorders of the newborn are some examples of neonatal disorders commonly encountered. Preventive obstetrics is most important in reducing these disorders. Regular antenatal check-up, balanced diet, iron and folic acid tablet, avoiding repeated pregnancies are some measures which can prevent prematurity. Any factors which cause maternal hypoxia during pregnancy are responsible for fetal hypoxia. Proper antenatal care and avoidance of narcotic drugs in pregnancy are the pillars to combat respiratory dysfunction.

Track 12: Infectious Diseases

Infections are all types of infectious diseases that can make your child sick and are reason for concern. Childhood infections are one of the most common reasons children see a healthcare provider. Majority of Pediatric Infectious Diseases are not serious and children recovery quickly, sometimes children do need to see a specialist for recurrent, prolonged or severe infections. These Diseases annually claim about 14 million lives i.e. 25% of the more or less 56 million deaths recorded worldwide. The recent trends of pediatrics have achieved exceptional advances in reductions in childhood mortality.
